Bakersfield police officers blocked off an alley in east Bakersfield tonight.
Officers blocked off an alley way near Quincy and Tulare St. around 8 p.m.
Officials have not said why the alley way was blocked, but an ambulance was seen in area as well.
23ABC has reached out to the Bakersfield Police Department for information but we have not heard back.
