Bakersfield Police Department officers are looking for a man who touched a woman inappropriately inside of a business near the 4200 block of Planz Road. 

According to police, on September 16, 2017 around 10:30 p.m. a man approached a woman and touched her breast. After doing so, the suspect fled the scene. 

He is being described as a Hispanic male, between the ages of 20 and 25, 6'1", with black hair, dark goatee, and was wearing a grey t-shirt.
