BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department has released the name of a victim from a traffic-related death on Gosford Road on Friday, June 7.
88-year-old, Robert Dean Hiebert, was riding on an electric tricycle that collided with a vehicle at 1:03 p.m. north of White Lane in Bakersfield. Hiebert was taken to Kern Medical where he died at 2:06 p.m.
A postmortem examination will be conducted to confirm cause and manner of death.
