BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department said it is searching for a suspect wanted for shoplifting at JC Penny on Ming Avenue.
According to officials, the crime happened on May 27 around 5:30 p.m.
The suspect is described as a White female, between 20 to 30 years old, medium build, long red hair, tattoo on her left thigh.
