The Bakersfield Police Department is looking for an 11-year-old boy who has been missing since early Tuesday morning.

According to Bakersfield Police, 11-year-old Giovanni Lopez was last seen at about 2 a.m. Tuesday in the area of Oregon and Stockton streets.

He's described as 4-foot-6, 80 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a green or yellow shirt with blue shorts and no shoes.

He's considered at-risk due to his age and this being his first time as a reported runaway.
