The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating an at risk missing adult.
The missing person is identified as:
Robert Wisley, a white male, 52 years, 5’11” tall, weighing 165 pounds,
brown eyes, brown hair, balding, wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, burgundy collared shirt, and blue jeans.
Wisley was last seen on 11/25/16, at approximately 8:45 pm, in the 4200 block of California Ave.
Wisley is at-risk due to mental disability. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
