A benefit for local victims of the Las Vegas Shooting will be held this Wednesday at the Fox Theater.

Bakersfield radio stations are hosting 'Bakersfield Together' on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at the Fox Theater in downtown Bakersfield to help the local families affected by the Las Vegas Shooting. 

Event organizers are asking for a $20 donation at the door. It is not required, but people are asked to give as generously as they can for the fundraising event. 

There will be local musicians at the event and guest speakers include Mayor Goh and law enforcement officials. 

The event is open to the public and is from 7 to 9 p.m.
