The Bakersfield Republican Women organization is holding a fundraising event this weekend to give the public a chance to hear from local politicians.

The annual fundraiser called "Pizzazz" will take place on Nov. 14 at the Stockdale Country Club. The event opens at 10 a.m. for shopping and the program will begin before noon. 

Local politicians including Shannon Grove and State Senator Jean Fuller will be in attendance to give updates on issues and topics. 

Tickets can be purchased for $60 each at SugarDaddy's or Victoria's Boutique before Nov. 7.
