BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Downtown Business Association and the Downtown Bakersfield Development Corporation will host the State of the Downtown Breakfast on Feb. 13.
The theme of this year's breakfast is "Creating a Clean, Safe and Welcoming area for the Heart of our City!"
The breakfast is set to take place from 7 to 9 a.m. at The Westchester Hall in Downtown Bakersfield.
