Two Bakersfield students are heading overseas to deliver clean, renewable power to communities in Kenya.

The two aspiring engineers will bring solar suitcases to Kenyan youth and community groups to support education and small business development.

The trip will last 12 days.

The program is sponsored by PG&E. PG&E is paying all the expenses for the students and chaperones.
