A community BBQ is being planned for people impacted by the devastating Erskine Fire.

An organizer for the event told 23ABC News the BBQ is being held by the California Trucking Association free to the community to help bring residents together following the tragic wildfire.

The event will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday at the Weldon United Methodist Church at 10021 Highway 178 in Weldon.
