The Bakersfield City School District is hosting their 22nd annual Teddy Bear Picnic benefiting teacher grants for BCSD classrooms on Thursday.

The event features silent auctions and entertainment by BCSD students. The luncheon will go from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton.
