We're seeing major slowing on southbound Hwy 99 approaching the I-5 junction due to a big rig fire partially blocking the slow lane. Fire crews however say two lanes are blocked and the cab is destroyed. This will take a while to clean up pic.twitter.com/xyTlqlWw4g
