The Bakersfield Blaze are just days away from playing their final games in Kern County.

Earlier this week Minor League Baseball announced the Blaze would be contracted from the California League, along with the High Desert Mavericks.

The decision marks the end of the 75 seasons played by the team in Bakersfield. 

On Thursday, the Blaze will give out throwback jerseys to the first 1,000 fans in attendance. On Friday, the team will host a fan appreciation night, raffling off more than 150 prizes. 

Over the weekend, the Blaze will host its last fireworks show. 

Sunday is the final home game of the regular season.
