The Kern County Board of Supervisors ended a decade-long battle with the city of Los Angeles over sludge dumping on Tuesday.
Kern County settled on Tuesday and LA can continue dumping and treating biowaste at Green Acres Farm.
The Board said they were unable to prove that the dumping and treating of the sludge at Green Acres is harmful to people, nor seeps into the water or air.
