Both lanes of the 178 inside of the canyon are closed due to a head-on crash.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Burgundy Toyota SUV traveling eastbound crossed over the center line and collided with the white Hyundai Sedan.
Each car had two people in it and all four were transported to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
