Tulare County Sheriff's officials tell 23ABC Bobby Scott Perigo was arrested September 4th in Tulare County for disobeying a court order. He was cited and released with a misdemeanor.
Tulare County Sheriff and District Attorney's office were not able to confirm what court order Perigo may have disobeyed.
Perigo is due in court in Delano on September 28th for charges stemming from inappropriate relationships with underage students while he was an employee with the Delano Joint Union High School District.
