On Monday, January 4, 2016 at about 2:00 p.m., Bakersfield Police Detectives, with the assistance of Kern County Probation Officers, conducted a search in the 200 Blk. of Garden St.
During the search, they located evidence of a Butane Honey Oil Extraction Lab and marijuana cultivation.
Officers seized 85 grams of Butane Honey Oil, 1984 grams of marijuana, 48 marijuana plants, and other items used to process Honey Oil.
Officers arrested Joseph Gutierrez (25), Felicia Limones (25), and Anna Snyder (58), all of Bakersfield for charges ranging from manufacturing/sales of Honey Oil to child endangerment.
Present in the home was a three year old juvenile who was taken into protective custody.
