On February 7th 2016, at 1:58 am, officers of the Bakersfield Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Owens Street.
During a subsequent search of the vehicle a firearm was located which was determined to be stolen.
The occupants of the vehicle, William Wandick, 21, Eddie Watson, 25, and a 16 year old male juvenile were arrested for stolen property, firearm, and gang related charges.
