BAKERSFIELD, Calif. --- — Officials say they've arrested three teenage girls who burglarized a vehicle in Northeast Bakersfield early Monday morning.
The incident was captured on surveillance footage, showing the girls entering a parked van and allegedly stealing various items from the vehicle.
Bakersfield Police Sgt. Nathan McCauley says "there's two other males you can see in the video," who have not been arrested yet, but, are being sought.
All teens live in a nearby group home, according to McCauley.
Taylor Yursik, a resident who lives less than a quarter mile from where the incident occurred, said those are the same individuals who vandalized his brothers vehicle.
Yursik showed 23ABC News surveillance footage showing three individuals throwing rocks at the vehicle.
BPD received a police report from Yursik and will investigate whether the incidents are connected.
