BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is no longer looking for suspects in a grand theft investigation after $12,000 was returned.

According to police, on March 18 over $12,000 in cash was stolen in the 4100 block of Stine Road in Southwest Bakersfield.

BPD says the loss was returned and the victim is no longer seeking prosecution.
