The Bakersfield Police Department is hosting their annual "Howlin' at the Moon Fun Run" to support their K-9 Unit.

The Fun Run will take place on Saturday, September 22 at River Walk Park. There are runs you can choose from, including a 2K run that starts at 7:30 p.m. and a 5K and 10K run that begins at 8 p.m.
Everyone who signs up will receive a glow-necklace, BBQ sandwich, chips and refreshments. There will also be activities available for kids.
Check-In will be between 5 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Early registration packets can be picked up the night before at the Bakersfield Police Department lobby between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
