There have been a number of break-ins to local businesses in the past week in the downtown area.

Gorilla Airsoft downtown was broken into and had rifles and other merchandise stolen and last week two other prominent Bakersfield restaurants were also burglarized.               

The Bakersfield Police Department do not know at this time if the string of burglaries are related.
