Bakersfield police officials said they are investigating a series of car vandalism cases that happened around Northwest and Central Bakersfield on Sunday.

 

BPD officials said In the early morning hours of Sunday, they began receiving calls concerning multiple vandalism offenses involving vehicle windows being broken out by unknown means in the northwest and central portions of the city.

 

BPD added in their Investigation, it  was revealed that more than three dozen vehicles were vandalized and had their windows broken out by unknown persons, using an unknown tool or device while the vehicles were left parked and unattended overnight.

 

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying those responsible. Anyone who may have witnesses any of the offenses or knows of suspects connected to these offenses is asked to call 327-7111.
