Bakersfield Police are requesting assistance in locating an at-risk missing person.

Rosemarie Blake, 78, is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches at 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. According to police, Blake was last seen around 1:30 p.m. Monday August 6 near 1300 New Stine Road driving a 2010 white Honda Insight with the California license: 6NPD623
