BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for an at-risk 19-year-old who went missing Thursday night.
According to police, Justin Lee Doughty was last seen around 10:15 p.m. before he was reported missing.
Doughty is described as a White male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, brown hair, light brown/hazel eyes. He has a medical condition and was last seen wearing a soft protective helmet and arm sling, according to BPD.
