BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Police are looking for a man they say was involved in indecent exposure activity near the Panorama Bluffs.
The man is described as a 25 to 30 year old Hispanic man, 5 feet 8 inches and 150 pounds. He has short brown hair, a beard and a mustache. He was driving an early 2000s white Ford extended cab pickup.
