BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for a man wanted for kidnapping and robbery with a firearm.
According to officials, on August 29 the suspect threatened the victim with a gun in the parking lot of the Walmart on Colony Street. The suspect also held the victim at gunpoint and told the victim to drive to a bank and withdraw money.
BPD has described the suspect as a Black man, in his 50s-60s, 5’10”, 200 lbs, full gray beard.
