The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance locating a missing juvenile considered at-risk due to age and a medical condition.
The missing person is identified as Hannah Bailey, a white female, 16, 5’3”, 205 lbs, blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on February 2, 2016 at about 4:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of Westholme Blvd.
At that time she was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and UGG style boots.
