BPD looking for suspect wanted in northwest Subway robbery

Bakersfield Police needs your help identifying and finding a suspect wanted for robbing a Subway in northwest Bakersfield.

On September 22 at 8:33 a.m., the suspect went into the Subway restaurant located at 3606 Coffee Road and demanded money from an employee, according to Bakersfield Police. 

During the robbery, the employee believed the suspect had a firearm, although one was never seen, BPD said. 

The suspect, who fled the scene, is described as a Hispanic male, 20-25 years of age, 5'6", 130 pounds, with black hair and dark colored eyes. He was described as wearing a blue Dallas Cowboys sweatshirt.
