BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking the community for help identifying two suspects in an aggravated assault.

Officials said on Dec. 9, these men were involved in the incident on East California Avenue near Brown Street.

Police said the first man is described as a Black man in his late 20s or early 30s last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and armed with a black handgun. They say the second man is described as a Black man in his late 20s with a beard, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black knit cap, and has a black handgun as well.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark grey 2018 Jeep Compass with stock rims.
