A man was arrested Sunday evening during a search in East Bakersfield.
Officers with the Special Enforcement Unit responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Pacific Street to conduct a search.
During the search officers located two .223 caliber assault rifles along with approximately 300 rounds of .223 caliber ammunition.
Bakersfield resident Anthony Robinson was arrested for firearm and gang related charges as he is an associate of the East Side Crips criminal street gang.
A bail enhancement was completed upon his arrest and he was booked into the Kern County Jail.
