On Friday, January 22, 2016 at about 9:45 a.m., officers responded to an apartment in the 1000 Blk. of Monterey St. regarding suspicious circumstances.
BPD officials are now calling this case a homicide.

When they arrived, they located an obviously deceased adult male inside.
Investigators are treating this death as suspicious at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
