UPDATE (10:15 a.m.): The Bakersfield Police Department has evacuated the Department of Human Services building again as they search additional parts of the building.

A man is in custody after he was found in the ceiling of the Department of Human Services building on Tuesday morning.
According to Bakersfield Police, officers were called to the building at about 8 a.m. Tuesday after reports that someone was in the attic.
Following an evacuation of the building, police found the suspect in a first-floor ceiling and took him into custody. Police say there were concerns that a second suspect was in the building, but no one else was found.
The suspect faces burglary charges.
