BPD: Man used fraudulent ID to buy car

BPD is asking for the public's help in identifying a man they say used a fraudulent ID to buy a car.

On October 2 around 8 p.m., BPD says a man purchased a car from an auto sales business on the 5600 block of Gasoline Alley Drive in Southwest Bakersfield. When the man purchased the card, he used a fraudulent ID.

The suspect is believed to be a white adult male, 35-40 years old, heavy build, with brown hair and balding. He purchased a red, 2-door 2008 Saturn Sky with California license plate number 6EDH286.
