BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Police needs the community's help in locating a missing man who is considered at-risk due to a mental disability.
According to police, Angelo Lara was last seen Monday at about 6:40 p.m. near Lennox and California Ave.
Police describe Lara as a Filipino male, 24 years old, standing five feet 11 inches tall with a medium build.
Police say he was last seen wearing a black jacket with black pants and sandals.
