The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for your help in locating a possible juvenile kidnapping victim. 

17-year-old Jayla Thacker was last heard from on Thursday just after 8:00 p.m.

Thacker called a friend and claimed she had been kidnapped from the area of Union Avenue and 4th Street by two men occupying a white Ford Crown Victoria.
