BPD: No arrests made during DUI checkpoint over weekend

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department looking to keep the streets safe with another DUI and driver's licenses checkpoint over the weekend.

According to officials, cops screened over 650 cars and made no arrests.

Bakersfield police say the checkpoint was held on Truxtun Avenue near Oak Street between the hours of 8 p.m. and 2 a.m.
