Man arrested in Wible Rd. illegal spice bust

Bakersfield Police officers arrested a man after they found illegal spice inside a Wible Rd. business on Tuesday.
 
BPD officials said at around 5:15 p.m., their detectives served a search warrant at the “Glass City” smoke shop, located on the 2400 block of Wible Rd.
 
 
BPD officials added they seized the following items:
  • 169 packages of Spice (synthetic marijuana)
  • 43 Cocaine base smoking pipes
  • 1259 methamphetamine smoking pipes
  • $1,107 in U.S. currency
 
Authorities arrested 56-year-old Ahmed Mohamed Musa for various violations of the Health and
Safety Code related to sales and possession of spice and drug paraphernalia.
