BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department has confirmed with 23ABC that police are on the scene of a homicide in South Bakersfield.
Officials say they were dispatched around 8:02 p.m. in the area of Raymond A Spruance Court and Chester W Nimitz Street for a victim of a possible shooting or stabbing. BPD has not provided any further details.
23ABC has a crew on the way to the scene.
