UPDATE (Dec. 12, 2017, 6:58 a.m.): Along with Bakersfield Police, the California Highway Patrol, Kern County Sheriff's Office, the bomb squad, K-9 units and Kings County Sheriff's officials are helping with operations.

The Bakersfield Police Department and other agencies are serving multiple search and arrest warrants throughout Bakersfield.

Bakersfield Police officials tell 23ABC the operation is being conducted "all over town," but would not specify where.
