On 2-11-16 at about 1:21 a.m., Bakersfield Police Department officers responded to the area of Panama Lane and Wible Road for the report of a sexual assault that just occurred.
The suspect was described as a: Black male adult, bald, 5’10”, 200, button up shirt over a black shirt and black pants.
During follow up investigation, detectives located the following surveillance photograph. The subject in the photograph is a person of interest at this time.
