The Bakersfield Police Department is responding to reports of a shooting in East Bakersfield on Tuesday morning.
The shooting was reported around 5:30 a.m. in the area of Pacific and Miller streets.
Bakersfield Police say the victim was shot in the arm and taken to an area hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made. No suspect information has been provided.
