On November 22, 2016, around 9:00 p.m., officers of the Bakersfield Police Department conducted a traffic stop in on Smith Street, just north of Belle Terrace.
Two of the subjects fled from the vehicle and two were apprehended at the scene. A loaded firearm was located at the scene which was determined to be stolen.
The two subjects who fled from the vehicle are still outstanding.
Brian Davis, 25, and Donte Ross, 21, were arrested for firearm, stolen property and gang related charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
