The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance identifying and locating three suspects wanted for Robbery and Conspiracy.
On January 26, 2016 at about 10:20 p.m., a victim was walking in the 3500 block of Mt. Vernon Ave. when he was approached by three suspects.
The suspects assaulted him with a baseball bat and demanded money and a cell phone from the victim. As the victim tried to run away, the suspects attempted to assault him with a machete but were unsuccessful.
The victim relinquished his cell phone but did not have any money on him.
The victim told the suspects he would withdraw money from an ATM at Fastrip and when they arrived at the store, the victim escaped and notified the clerk. The suspects then fled from the store.
Suspect: #1 HM, 17- 20 yrs., 5’07”, 160 lbs, medium build, acne scarring on face, black Nike sweatshirt, blue jeans, gray gloves.
Suspect: #2 BM, 17-20 yrs. old, 5’09”, 140 lbs, slim build, do-rag, dark colored Adidas sweatshirt with white stripes on sleeves, khaki colored pants, gray gloves.
Suspect: #3 BM, 17-20 yrs. old, 5’08”, 160 lbs, medium build, short curly dark hair, Nike sweatshirt, blue/gray camouflaged pants.
