The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating an At-Risk Missing Adult.
The missing person is identified as: Francisco Martinez Romero, 77, 5’3’’, 175 lbs.
Brown hair, brown eyes.
On September 30th 2015, at 0940 hours, Francisco Martinez Romero (AGE 77) walked
away from his residence in the 1600 block of 1st Street in unknown direction.
Romero suffers from severe dementia.
