BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for an at-risk runaway juvenile last seen on Sunday around 2:30 p.m.
According to officials, Raizel Johnson is at-risk due to a medical conditions. Police said Johnson was last seen in the area of 2200 South Real Road.
BPD has described Johnson as:
White female, 16 years, old, 5’8”, 120 pounds, pink and blue hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing a black flannel sweater, blue jeans, and pink Converse shoes
