BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man they say is responsible for the armed robbery of a store in Southwest Bakersfield.

According to BPD, on Tuesday, January 22, a man robbed the Smoke Shop, located at 6401 White Lane in Southwest Bakersfield, with a firearm.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 20's-30's, 5 ft. 10 inches tall, and medium build. He was last seen wearing a red hat, black long sleeve shirt, dark blue jeans, and black shoes.
