BPD: man wanted for possible child molestation

Bakersfield police officials are looking for a man who is wanted for a possible molestation that occurred on the 3500 block of Canadian street early Sunday morning.
 
Officials said at about 4:00 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 3500 block of Canadian Street regarding a possible child molestation which had just occurred.
 
On arrival, BPD officers discovered a female juvenile was asleep in bed when she was awakened by an adult male intruder who entered her room and got into bed with her.
 
BPD officials added the female juvenile screamed and her mother responded, encountering the suspect.
 
The suspect immediately fled the residence on foot.
 
Officials said the female juvenile was able to provide detectives with information allowing them to complete the attached composite rendering of the suspect.
 
The suspect is described as: White male, 25 to 35 years old, approximately 6-00 tall, 200 pounds light brown hair with a short, unkempt beard.
 
BPD officials say the suspect was wearing a dirty white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers.  
 
The suspect was described as having a faded green rectangular tattoo on the right side of his neck.
