BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for a runaway juvenile last seen on Monday.

Police say Nicholas Heard was last spotted in the area of 700 Planz Road in South Bakersfield at around 2:30 p.m. on Monday.

Heard is being described as a Black male, 16 years old, 5'11", 140 lbs., with black hair, and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black tank top and checkered shorts.
